A Statement of Faith
We believe in one God, Creator of the Universe, who exists eternally as the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe that one man, created in the image of God, fell into sin and rebellion; that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God; and that all men stand in need of being reconciled to God.
We believe that man is reconciled to God solely through the redemption that is in Jesus Christ our Lord; that “God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
We believe that one must turn form his sin, seek forgiveness from God, and put his faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe Jesus Christ to be the incarnate Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He took upon Himself human nature, yet was without sin. Through His death on the cross, He made provision for the redemption of all who would believe in Him. He was raised from the dead, ascended into heaven and now sits at the right hand of God the Father, interceding for the believer.
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant Word of God; a true and accurate record of God’s dealing with man; that the Bible is the source upon which we base all our Christian belief.
